DCT 2018 Recap- Day 12

The twelfth and final day for most of the DreamChasers led them to visit Temple University. The Tour planned to attend Temple’s camp on the second day, but had to decline after a late finish at Rutgers the night before, and no doubt some jet lag as well.

The visit gave Temple Head Coach Geoff Collins the opportunity to personally offer three DreamChasers: German QB Luke Wentz, Finnish OT Martin Veinberg, and Belgian DE Sylvain Yondjouen. Luke, who already has an offer from the University of Virginia, is the first european quarterback to receive an FBS scholarship. Martin and Sylvain are still tied as pack leaders with six FBS offers each.

Swedish OL Anton Oskarsson was also contacted during the day by Ohio University to say they have a scholarship for him.

Tomorrow most of the DreamChasers will fly back home from New Jersey where the Tour started. Sylvain Yondjouen will be joined by German DE Derek Davis and Swedish DE Victor Stoffel. Brandon will then lead these three to camps and visits this week culminating in the Ohio State camp June 16.

Keep watching for the results of this smaller DreamChasers Tour and for more offers coming in for our returning DreamChasers!
