Rome native and current Clearwater Academy DE, Habakkuk Baldonado signed his National Letter of Intent with Pittsburgh Panthers with his coach next to him and in front of the attending student body .
The day before National Signing Day the 4-star DE had sent out his top three on Twitter, which listed Pitt, UCF and Michigan State.
